The Salesforce Business Analyst will support the Enterprise Salesforce Team by gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements that help ensure Salesforce solutions meet business needs. This role will partner with business stakeholders and Salesforce team including IT partners to support enhancements, testing, training, and user adoption while developing a strong understanding of GreenState business processes and Salesforce capabilities.

Salary range for this position is $79,173.90 - $92,563.38 with a progressive benefit package.

8. Elicits, analyzes, and documents business requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
9. Questions assumptions, identifies gaps, and collaborates with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and users to clarify requirements and define solutions.
10. Partners with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, increased efficiency, and enhanced member and employee experiences.
11. Documents current and future state business processes and workflows.
12. Collaborates with the Scrum team to deliver scalable, sustainable Salesforce solutions that meet business objectives.
13. Assists with solution design discussions and helps ensure proposed solutions align with documented requirements.
14. Supports sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, deployment, and release activities.
15. Develops test scenarios, test plans, and test scripts to validate business requirements.
16. Coordinates and supports User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including defect tracking and resolution follow-up.
17. Validates completed work with stakeholders and end users to ensure solutions meet expectations and business needs.
18. Assists with change management, training materials, knowledge documentation, and user adoption activities as needed.
19. Maintains strong working relationships with stakeholders and serves as a trusted resource for Salesforce-related business questions.
20. Active participant of a fast-paced team planning, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
21. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Communications, or a related field preferred.
2. 1-3 years of business analysis, operations, systems support, project coordination, or related experience.1-3 years of experience in business analysis, operations, systems support, project coordination, process improvement, or a related role.
3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
4. Ability to analyze business needs, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions.

6. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

13. Experience with Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, or iterative project delivery preferred.
14. Experience supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), testing activities, or quality assurance processes preferred.
15. Experience developing or supporting end-user training, knowledge documentation, and user adoption initiatives preferred.
16. Financial services experience preferred; familiarity with financial industry terminology is a plus.
17. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM/business systems preferred.
18. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
19. Salesforce Business Analyst Certification preferred but not required.
20. Willingness and ability to pursue Salesforce certifications and ongoing professional development.
21. Ability and willingness to work additional hours if needed to support business priorities and projectdeadlines.
