POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary duties/responsibilities of the Member Service Representative (MSR) include quality, responsive, and professional member service to all members and staff of GreenState Credit Union in all daily transactions and inquiries. Provides information and/or answers questions regarding transactions and all Credit Union products and services. This position is the front line to our members and the face of the credit union. Service starts with this key role and they are our service champions. Pay range for this hourly position is $17.39 - $20.33/hr with a monthly incentive opportunity and progressive benefit package.

The GreenState Credit Union, a progressive, growing company, is now taking applications for a Bilingual Member Service Consultant. This person will be a competitive, independent, "doer" who can problem solve and get things done through people. In this role, you will promote and provide credit union products and services to new and existing members with referrals to appropriate departments when necessary. This position is responsible for opening and closing all types of share accounts and consumer loans, as well as for the necessary collection of overdrawn accounts and delinquent loans. The successful candidate will be an assertive problem solver who loves a fast paced environment, and who can motivate people to do their best.

Responsible for coaching, monitoring, and supporting Account Resolution Staff in the effective execution of their duties and assignments. Responsible for ensuring all state, federal and credit union regulations, policies, and guidelines are met. Responsible for escalations, both internal and external, assisting with complex issues. Responsible for assisting in the overall management of the Account Resolutions Department and supports efforts to meet established department goals and minimize operational losses. This position will work closely with Account Resolution Management to develop staff and assist in goal setting and manage staff performance. Position will work to increase department productivity and profitability through active monitoring of accuracy, consistency of process and continuous process improvement.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Supports the credit union’s Director of Capital Markets and Controller for analysis and execution of loan assets in conjunction with securitization and loan participation activities along with establishing and maintaining operational and strategic relationships with transaction counterparts. This position will also compose presentations and analyses of potential and existing balance sheet strategies.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The IT Cyber Security Analyst is responsible for promoting security awareness to staff. They monitor security controls, track and gather security metrics, analyze vulnerabilities, and respond to security threats. This position provides security guidance to project teams delivering business solutions, perform risk assessments of technology-related vendors, and research industry threat trends and mitigation actions. Additional duties include security program maintenance and improvement.

This position will work closely with Vice President / Account Resolutions to develop staff and assist in goal setting. Responsible for staff performance and attendance. Position will work to increase department productivity and profitability through active monitoring of accuracy, consistency of process and continuous process improvement.
