The IT Technical Support Engineer I is a member of the IT Service Delivery (ITSD) team, responsible for assisting in operations of the network, PC, peripheral, service desk, telecommunications, and operational processes of the credit unions environment. The IT Technical Support Engineer will provide Level 1 (Diagnostic) and 2 (Intermediary) application and hardware support to staff, answering emails and phone, entering, and tracking tickets, and monitoring completion. POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for the accurate, timely, and confidential completion of deposit services duties. Specializes in advanced concepts focusing on specific areas such as IRA’s, HSA’s, non-member deposits, member deposit rates and products, as well as detailed knowledge of related regulations. As an intern of the System Administration and Analyst Team, core responsibilities will include system administration of our Jira (Atlassian) product. This will include the maintenance, performance, user provisioning and upkeep of the Jira Software product that has over 40 users and 8 scrum teams in total. It also includes research and analysis for other use cases at GreenState (project management; automated status updates; technical documentation within Confluence; and other enhancements).
Software architecture diagrams are a necessary tool to help visualize highly complex systems. This team member will also be working closely with all members of the team to create complex technical application and integration architecture diagrams that provide an overview of the various components of GreenState systems, detailing integrations, relationships, and external databases and servers.

The Accounting & Finance Department are looking for a Summer Intern to assist with our Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets project. This project will include reviewing current list of assets in our system, cross referencing to available data, updating and disposing when necessary, reviewing physical records and converting to digital records. This project may include physical examination of assets. Our Summer Intern will also learn about the Accounts Payable process while assisting in updating vendor information such as W9s, reviewing and tagging invoices in our Accounts Payable system, and working cross functionally to enhance the AP workflow.
The ideal candidate is a junior pursuing a bachelor's in Accounting, independent but able to work as part of a team towards a shared goal, eager to learn various areas of the Accounting and Finance roles and make an impact.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all written and verbal loss mitigation assistance requests. Manages the application process to ensure completeness and accuracy as well as gathering all supporting documents required. Responsible for all notifications, letters, and correspondence with member as required by state and regulatory guidelines and documents systems with communication, analysis, and decisions. Underwrites retail loss mitigation applications within authority limits or recommends to VP/Account Resolution Manager or Risk Manager based on approval authority and loan type. May also provide support on loss pipeline accounts by analyzing factors causing individual accounts to be delinquent and implementation of efforts to successfully resolve these factors through interaction with the member and recommendation of appropriate Loss Mitigation Product to minimize financial loss to the credit union and restore member’s financial status in accordance with established credit union policy guidelines, and state and federal regulations.
